Brenda Curtin - Fiddle
Born and raised in Tournafulla Co. Limerick, she has a BMus. She joined Lord of the Dance in 1998 and during her association with the show played in more than 1,500 live concerts touring the USA, Canada, South America and a six-year run in Las Vegas. She also plays with 'The Bridies' who released their debut album, '4 and 9', in Ireland in September 2004. She worked again with Michael Flatley on the Celtic Tiger show. She's currently working between Ireland and the USA touring with The Bridies Show.

Conal ÓGráda - Flute
Conal has long been at the forefront of traditional Irish flute-playing and truly has one of its most distinctive sounds. His debut recording The Top of Coom in 1990 is still regarded as a seminal recording of flute-playing. His fast, rhythmically precise flute-playing has an earthy raucous tone reminiscent of the saxophone. His long overdue second recording, Cnoc Buí is now on release.

Cathall King - Flute
He is one of the new breed of avant-garde flute players currently emerging. He hails from the Clare/Limerick area and is quite experimental in style. He has an excellent natural flair for fluid, effortless ornamentation and variation which interweaves seamlessly with the melody.

Hugh Healy - Concertina
Born into a musical family in an area renowned for music, Hugh Healy from Corofin, Co. Clare is a master concertina player. He had gained the respect of his peers long before the issue of the highly regarded duet album Macalla na hÓige made with his brother Colm in 2004. He combines lift, drive and technical excellence to wonderful effect.

Brona Graham - Banjo
Brona is a multi-instrumentalist who specialises in banjo. A member of Greine, she has shared the stage with artists such as Beoga, Mairtin O Connor and Kila. She is involved with IWAMD at University of Limerick.

Clare McLaughlin - Fiddle
Clare from Edinburgh plays with popular Scots band Deaf Shepherd. With a pulsating, driving style, she combines the vim and vigour of the Scottish and Irish fiddling traditions.

Daire Bracken - Fiddle
Daire, founder member of Danu, now focal point in Slide is a flamboyant fiddler with a flair for variation and complex rhythm patterns. Once heard and seen, never forgotten!

Damien Mullane - Box
Damien is an avant-garde style box-player of stunning virtuosity. He is making a huge impression as the mainstay of Frankie Gavin's Hibernian Rhapsody. Damien is the current All-Ireland senior box champion.

Éamonn de Barra - Flute
Éamonn won the Young Traditional Musician of The Year Award in 2000. He has toured Europe extensively and has been active in the U.S.A. and Japan over the past few years.

Grainne Hambly - Harp
Grainne has toured extensively in the U.S. and Europe. She has a B.A. and M.A. from Queens, a diploma in Education from U.L.and issued her 3rd solo album last year.
